Rhonda Winter is a Registered Nurse, Canadian Legal Nurse Consultant, and Clinical Informatics Specialist with over 20 years of clinical nursing and healthcare leadership experience. She has served in senior leadership roles including Director of Surgical Services, Clinical Manager at BC Cancer Agency, and Patient Care Manager at Providence Healthcare, bringing firsthand operational expertise across hospital, out-of-hospital, and private surgical settings across British Columbia.
As President of PeriAnesthesia Nurses of BC, Canadian Representative to the International Collaboration of PeriAnesthesia Nurses, and contributing author to the NAPANc National Standards of Practice, Rhonda brings national and international leadership credibility to every client engagement. She was also a Subcommittee Member of the Provincial College Non-Hospital Medical Surgical Accreditation Program, giving her unique insider knowledge of what accreditation reviewers look for.
Rhonda established her Legal Nurse Consulting practice 20+ years ago, specializing in perioperative and PeriAnesthesia cases, medical record review, standard of care assessment, and expert witness identification. She serves both plaintiff and defence counsel across Canada. Currently pursuing her MBA, Rhonda combines clinical excellence with business acumen to deliver practical, results-driven consulting across legal, healthcare, and policy sectors.
